TEA is a non-profit organization established in 2022 located in Lexington, KY.
Mission
TEA seeks to empower the voices of youth impacted by violence to bridge the gap through access to trauma-informed education, community supports, and services.
Purpose
· To support and conduct non-partisan research, trauma-informed educational workshops, and informational activities to increase the advocacy and awareness of youth-involved violence and their effects on the community.
· To promote the increase of collective community collaborations and partnerships regarding the advocacy of youth violence intervention and support.
· To provide trauma-informed support services and activities to eligible youth and families.
